"We make customers, not just sales" 

1. The terms and conditions put here are in order to guarantee a good service and compliance of both parties. 

2. Any task (whether product or service offered) will have as initial price per task between 15$ and 50$ (without taxes), the review or consultation will cost 15 USD (taxes included), non-negotiable. 

3. You, as a customer, must keep in mind the working hours, so every extra hour out of them will cost 30 USD (without taxes). 

4. All work requested must be detailed and very specific to avoid bad procedures, if it is not clear and punctual in what you need, it will be done according to what is written in the ticket, so be careful when asking for support and then does not meet your expectations. 

5. For security reasons, RPM requires a deposit prior to any task to be performed (jobs under 300 USD 50%, over 25% of the final value, not including taxes). 

6. Prices may vary according to the task assigned, be it by time, requirements, etc. 

7. After a meeting by discord, all work will be attended by ticket only, without exception. 

8. We reserve the right to share information related to our work. 

9. Our payments will only be received by PayPal, thus handling the same currency and taxes provided by the same platform. 

10. We reserve the right of admission, to avoid plagiarism to our procedures or attempts of sabotage. 

11. Outstanding payments for work already done will be charged, and if they are not made, the debtor will no longer be attended, in addition to denounce it by social networks. 

12. We offer a backup service, this service has a value of 30$/unit (without taxes) (monthly, weekly, daily). 

13. We do not handle any kind of warranty, as we are not responsible if your product has problems after being delivered and tested accordingly, nor for manipulation by third parties. 

14. Answered tickets are valid for 48 hours, after this time they will be closed and the support will be terminated, so you will have to open a new one. 

15. RPM respects and abides by the IPL provided by FiveM and assumes no responsibility for unauthorized use of content. Rockstar's and FiveM's policies may change, and we assume no responsibility for the effects of this on your server. 

16. If you request changes to your product or service after it has gone live, there will be an additional non-negotiable charge. 

17. Tasks in progress will be delivered as requested in the ticket, if the person is not available for testing/changes, it will be counted as a completed task with video support (if it is within the possibility). 

18. You should always keep an eye on our social room in order to be aware of the news mentioned here or in general regarding RPM. 

19. All projects will be kept confidential if requested by the client, therefore no information of any kind will be shared. 

20. RPM does not recommend any type of resource for your server beyond what is in the Tebex shop, only suggests according to what the customer needs. 

21. We do not tolerate derogatory treatment of any kind, if you do not act with respect when being served or when receiving a response from us, you will be expelled from the discord without objection. 

22. All products are only shown through screen sharing (except for graphic elements such as logos) on one of our voice channels, this is to ensure the legitimacy of our services.  

23. If you bring referrals and they buy any of the products or services mentioned here, you will get a discount for your next purchases, as long as the purchase has been made (This discount not be more than 15%). 

24. If you require your map to order, is exclusive, it must be clarified by the ticket and its value will be equivalent to 50% of the total price, otherwise, it will be put on sale as those we have already listed in our Tebex. 

25. Any product once delivered, if it has problems, adjustments will be made, bearing in mind the numeral 13 and 15, and no refund will be made, if you submit a claim to Paypal and this comes out in favor, may incur a denial of our services and subsequent complaint in social networks.
